National Geographic | Rosalba Berardi Photography

I can not be more excited to share with you that one of my images was selected and published by the Photo Editors of National Geographic.  (April 13, 2010 ) When I was a young child I was transfixed by the powerful imagery in this magazine and to have one of my images selected is certainly a dream come true! The image that was selected is one of my all time favorites of my son looking into his fish tank with his eyes glued to the tank.  He had no idea I was taking the photo. It was a quick moment in his childhood that I just had to capture.

A special Thank You goes out to the Editors of National Geographic.

What a great way to end 2010 with two of my images selected and published by Kodak and National Geographic.  A true honor indeed.

Yellow, mellow, ripened days,
Sheltered in a golden coating;
O'er the dreamy, listless haze,
White and dainty cloudlets floating;
Winking at the blushing trees,
And the sombre, furrowed fallow;
Smiling at the airy ease,
Of the southward flying swallow
Sweet and smiling are thy ways,
Beauteous, golden Autumn days.

Wow, It's been one busy Fall!! Thank You Mother Nature for giving us a full Fall season with the most amazing colored leaves I have seen in a long time.  Weather was for sure on our side during this amazing family photo session! All I can say it was a Glorious Day!! Three children 3 years and under and these 3 smiles will be sure to steal your hearts!! A big Double 1st. Happy Birthday to the adorable twins!! and a big high five to their amazing big brother!!

I had the pleasure taking this beautiful mother's maternity photo's and photographed their darling daughter. You can check them out here. At last I finally got to meet their little guy. Isn't he adorable! This family has so much to celebrate a new baby, a 2nd. birthday and a new home. We planned this family photo session out perfectly.
